Refund policy

Once an order has been placed and payment completed, no refund is possible. The customer acknowledges that delivery of the voucher (digital content) begins immediately after payment and expressly waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
