Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) are a template structure to be validated by a legal professional before going into production. They govern sales of certification vouchers made on the site certivoucher.com, published by NUMERIA SOLUTIONS.

Article 1 — Purpose

CertiVoucher sells vouchers allowing customers to register for professional certification exams offered by third-party organizations (Scrum.org, Scaled Agile, Inc.). CertiVoucher is an independent reseller of certification vouchers. Scrum.org™ and Professional Scrum™ are trademarks belonging to their respective owners. SAFe® and Scaled Agile Framework® are registered trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc. All mentioned trademarks remain the property of their owners. CertiVoucher is not affiliated with any of these organizations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Article 2 — Prices

Voucher prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax (incl. VAT) and, where applicable, exclusive of tax (excl. VAT), on each product page. CertiVoucher reserves the right to change its prices at any time; vouchers are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Order and payment

Payment is made online via the secure Stripe solution. No banking data is collected or stored by CertiVoucher.

Article 4 — Voucher delivery

Scrum.org vouchers are delivered immediately after order confirmation. SAFe® vouchers are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. The applicable delivery time for each voucher is also specified on its product page.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal and refunds

Once an order has been confirmed and payment made, no refund is possible. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer acknowledges that delivery of the voucher (digital content) begins immediately after payment and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 6 — Trademarks mentioned

CertiVoucher is an independent reseller of certification vouchers. Scrum.org™ and Professional Scrum™ are trademarks belonging to their respective owners. SAFe® and Scaled Agile Framework® are registered trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc. All mentioned trademarks remain the property of their owners. CertiVoucher is not affiliated with any of these organizations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Article 7 — Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
